Caregiver Words of Inspiration




Give yourself grace at the end of a tough day.  Tomorrow is a clean slate, so sleep tonight in peace. Fretting about the day will only lead to further stress and restless sleep. Close your eyes with a clear heart and mind, and gain the strength to start anew with the dawning day ahead.

Today is over and night
has come. This day is
gone and what’s done is
done. Rebuild your
strength as you sleep this
night. Begin tomorrow
with a whole new light.
