There still is not a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. However, scientific research indicates that there are many steps you can take to reduce your risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease and to potentially improve your cognitive function if experiencing early stages of cognitive impairment.

At AFFIRMATIVhealth, we use the latest scientific research to work with people at risk for or experiencing early stage Alzheimer’s disease.  The RE:mind program was originally created by the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in response to public interest in cognitive decline studies.  AFFIRMATIVhealth licensed RE:mind from the Buck in order to bring the latest research and findings on improving brain health through combination therapy out to the millions of those impacted by Alzheimer’s or dementia.

The RE:mind program includes an analysis of each participant’s personal medical history and genetic, cognitive, and laboratory test results.  These results are evaluated using the latest research on optimizing cognitive health to develop a personal therapeutic plan that address each participant’s unique modifiable medical and lifestyle risk factors.  Then, our medical team educates participants on the steps to successfully implement their personal therapeutic plan. Finally, an AFFIRMATIVhealth coach will support and empower each participant to maintain the changes necessary to reduce their risk for Alzheimer’s disease and to improve their cognitive function.

Are you doing everything currently known to potentially impede the progression of cognitive decline and improve your cognitive function?
